As a coach and nutritionist, I’ve found that although there is no wrong way to work out, there are many people that struggle with achieving resultsWith the 21 Day Fix, you don’t have to worry about counting calories and there is no guessing or wondering. All you have to do is follow our simple portion control containers and workout for 30 minutes each day. That’s all! We have many workouts available, ranging from cardio to strength, core, or stretching. With all that variety, you’ll be sure to get exactly what you want. And with each workout, you’ll be shown ways to modify or intensify the moves so you can continue to challenge yourself.
